- Stretch & Core - Using Pilates principles. Learn to identify and develop awareness of the neutral pelvis and its role in core stability as you move through different core strengthening exercises (AM & PM)
- Hatha Yoga - Using principles of alignment and themes to guide the actions in class. Explore various poses, working with a different anatomical focus each week. A fun and welcoming space for your mind and body (PM)
- Gentle Yoga - Calming and designed to promote flexibility, alignment and strengthen your body (PM)
- Stretch & Meditation - Yoga Nidra Meditation is an evidence-based guided meditation that provides you with the tools to help you deeply relax, release stress and increase resilience to the pressures of everyday life (AM)
- Aqua - Low impact & high-intensity water aerobics class in our heated indoor pool. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength & muscle tone and cardio endurance. The resistance of the water assists in cushioning the feet, knees and back. (AM)
- Easy Aqua - Back to basics Aqua class that will help improve fitness, strength & recovery from an injury (AM)

Small Group Training Sessions
Experience the benefits of personalised training with our Small Group Training sessions. Led by certified fitness professionals, these intimate groups provide a supportive environment for you to achieve your fitness goals. Our diverse sessions cater to all fitness levels, from strength training to functional fitness.
Our Small Group Fitness Classes: (6.15am)
- HIIT - High-intensity interval training will blast you with intense intermittent bouts of exercise followed by easier exercises and/or rest to leave you breathless!
- Muscular Endurance - Targeting each muscle group to fatigue with correct form and technique. Additional rounds of cardio and abdominal conditioning
- Circuit Breaker - Rounds of cardio, strength, resistance & core work using equipment on the gym floor
- Bootcamp - Meet us on the gym floor for some Bootcamp drills!! We use different equipment to refine your cardio and endurance levels. Great way to start your working week!
