  • PT Starter Pack - 3 x 30-minute on-one sessions with a Personal Trainer and a personalised program to complete outside of PT sessions to keep you on track
  • PT 10 pack – 10 x 30min or 60min on one session with a Personal Trainer at a discounted rate
  • 30-minute and 60min pay as you go sessions with a Personal Trainer
  • Group PT sessions with a Personal Trainer
