NSW Seniors Festival

NSW Seniors Festival is the largest festival for seniors in the Southern Hemisphere, reaching up to 500,000 seniors each year.

The festival gives local seniors the chance to make new friends or get together with old ones at an array of local community events.

Mt Annan Leisure Centre, The Y will be providing FREE activities for Seniors Week from Monday 17 February to Friday 21 February 2020.

If you are over 55 years and live in the Camden Local Government Area then these activities are for you. 

Monday 17 February: 

  • 9:30 am – 12:30pm Fitness Classes for Seniors 
  • 9.30am Aqua Aerobics
  • 10.30am Pryme Dance
  • 11.30am Tai chi
  • 10:30 am – 12:30pm Blood Pressure and Sugar Checks provided by Pharmacy Express 

Tuesday 18 February:

  • 9:30 am – 11:30am Fitness Classes for Seniors 
  • 9.30am Aqua Aerobics 
  • 10.30am Pryme Movers
  • 11:30am - 12:30pm Seminar on Nutrition for Seniors presented by Jasmine Baily  

Wednesday 19 February:

  • 9:30 am – 11:30am Fitness Classes for Seniors 
  • 9.30am Aqua Aerobics
  • 10.30am Pilates
  • 10.30am - 1pm Hearing tests provided by Hearing Australia 

Thursday 20 February:

  • 8:30 am – 10:30am Fitness Classes for Seniors 
  • 8.30am Pryme Movers
  • 9.30am Aqua Aerobics
  • 11am - 12pm Seminar on Healthy Brain Ageing for Seniors presented by Sue Adijans

Friday 21 February: 

  • 9:30 am – 11:30am Fitness Classes for Seniors 
  • 9.30am Aqua Aerobics
  • 10.30am Yogalistics
  • 10:30am – 12:30pm Free Morning Tea ($2 charge for coffees)
