“Our family is very fortunate to be able to access the services at YMCA Narellan. When we enter the service at 6:30am we feel welcomed by Sarah and Saga, with other team members engaging with our daughter later in the morning. The educators are wonderfully understanding of the early hour, and despite their early starts too, are enthusiastic and prepared for each day. They always have time to chat, both about matters pertaining to their services and in general conversation that comes about from professional friendships between educators and families. Our daughter feels safe, secure and nurtured during her time there and is given many opportunities to build friendships with children in older grades from a range of schools. Often, when walking through the school or in the community we will hear older children greet our daughter. The multi-age care setting has supported the growth of these relationships and we are thankful for the inclusivity of ages and abilities at this service.
