A beginner school aged level where participants will learn the basics of volleyball including positioning, digging and setting. The emphasis of this stage is developing the fundamental skills essential to volleyball and preparing participants for games.
A beginner level where participants will learn the basics of volleyball including positioning, digging, setting, spiking and blocking. The emphasis of this stage is developing the fundamental skills essential to volleyball and introducing participants to games.
Participants in this stage will already have good positioning on the court. They will be able to competently set the ball with accuracy and have a good digging technique. This stage will emphasise on digging with accuracy, spiking, blocking and more in game scenarios.

Classes run through the school term and stop for school holidays
