Our Dance class is a 45 minute group session that encourages movement and fitness for all abilities.
Our Percussion dance class is a 45 minute group session which utilities percussion instruments to improve hand/eye coordination skill, movement ability and an improved sense of timing in music.

Everyone deserves to learn to swim and enjoy the water safely. Through our SwimAbility program, we run specialised swimming lessons for people with disability.
