Y NSW Managed Centre – Pay Nothing Until 2024*

1. By joining a Y NSW managed facility, you consent to the terms of this agreement.
2. The promoter is your chosen health and fitness facility managed by Y NSW (see drop down menu for full list of locations).
3. The promotional offer, “Pay nothing until 2024*” is valid on any individual direct debit fitness memberships (including students and seniors). Membership must commit to minimum term of 12 weeks commencing from join date.
4. The offer must be redeemed within the promotional period; 17 November to 27 November 2023. All dates are inclusive and not available for redemption outside of this period.
5. The offer is only valid to new Y health and fitness members. Previous customers who have not been a Y fitness member for more than 6 months are eligible. 
6. The offer is not valid on family, fitness passport, corporate and/or fee assistance membership types.
7. The offer is available to new members who join on a minimum term 12-week contract commencing from join date. 
8. The first debit will be due 29 December for the pro-rated period in advance of the 1 January 2024 – 11 January 2024.
9. This offer applies to the Health and Fitness facilities, use of equipment and classes only. It does not extend to swimming lessons, gymnastics and/or other recreational/educational program enrolments, unless outlined in the membership contract agreement.
10. The offer is not redeemable for cash or value transfer, or to be combined with any other offers.
11. Members must agree to standard membership terms and conditions.
12. The Y NSW reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
