Competitive Gymnastics Sydney

Strong. Flexible. Coordinated. Confident.

We know what it takes to shine at state, national and international levels. Competitive gymnastics is for all ages, with a focus on helping athletes reach their gymnastics goals.

Levels gymnasts can compete in club competitions are eligible for selection in regional competitions. Classes focus on strength and flexibility exercises, new skills and routine learning and practice.

Competition gymnasts are required to perform a routine on each apparatus. These routines are created in partnership between the gymnast and their coach, with a focus on the required elements for each routine.

Our Development Squad prepares gymnasts who are interested in moving into the competitive stream, by focusing on the necessary skills required for competition, including stretching, strength and dance. Gymnasts will move from this squad into the appropriate level.
