Strong. Flexible. Coordinated. Confident.

Have you ever considered gymnastics as a way to improve your fitness levels while having fun? If so, you're in good company! Adult gymnastics has gained popularity in recent years as more and more people realise the amazing benefits of this sport.

It's Never Too Late to Start

You may think gymnastics is only for young athletes, but that's just not true! Adult gymnastics caters to people of all ages, whether you're a former gymnast seeking to get back in shape or a complete beginner looking for a new, exciting workout.

Beginner Gymnastics Classes Available

The Y St Ives offers beginner-level classes specifically designed for adults with little or no experience in gymnastics. Learn foundational skills like forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and other basic movements. With time and practice, you'll be amazed at the confidence and new skills you'll gain!

Advanced Classes for More Advanced Gymnasts

For those who want to push themselves further or already feel comfortable with the basics, intermediate and advanced level classes are available at many facilities. These groups offer more complex skills, such as tumbling passes and bar routines with releases and catches.

Boost your Physical and Mental Health

Besides physical benefits like enhanced coordination, balance, and strength, adult gymnastics can also be fantastic for your mental well-being. Achieving small goals and mastering new skills over time can increase your self-confidence inside and outside your gym practice.

Don't wait any longer to try adult gymnastics – have fun and make the most of your fitness routine!
