Our Small Group Fitness Classes:

  • HIIT - High-intensity interval training will blast you with intense intermittent bouts of exercise followed by easier exercises and/or rest to leave you breathless!
  • Mobility and Stretch - Targeting each muscle group to fatigue with correct form and technique. Additional rounds of cardio and abdominal conditioning
